If you took how I feel in side and somehow translated it totally into a scene... this might be what I look like. The amazing photographer, Izzy Hudgins, absolutely NEVER disappoints. And this one she teamed up with Ivory & Beaut to create? Yeah it is 100% unexpected and good. A wop of FUN, a wop of color, a wop of hippie and joy and plants and love and growth splashing through every photo. The flowers were created to be whimsical, effortless and carefree while the bud vases are so straight they look scientific. Don't you think? WHIMSICAL BOHO WEDDING INSPIRATION – BOTANICAL GARDEN & BAMBOO FARM

When the girls at Ivory & Beau tell you a story about a nerdy botanist falling in love with a fairy wood nymph, you know you’ve made the right friends. You may be thinking, how silly, but I thought, how genius! I love the idea of wedding decor inspiration coming from a passion for science, botany and plants. Almost as much as I love playing off the whimsical nature of a wood nymph. Combine the two and you get magic.

We decided that the perfect location would be our very own Coastal Georgia Botanical Garden in Savannah – they have a bamboo farm (eeek!) and actually play host to weddings and events.
Ivory & Beau made this adorable invitation suite inspired by plants, wildlife and the table of elements – I love the witty language on the RSVP card. Proof that you CAN make great DIY invites and that they can be lighthearted and fun. Set the stage for the theme and feel of your wedding with you invites! 
As you all know, I am a complete sucker for a flower crown. If I had my way, I would don fresh flowers on my head on a daily basis. Colonial House of Flowers shares my love for them so she knew to make this beauty for our bride.
Ivory & Beau made this vertical living wall out of a palette – find the easy DIY instructions on Ruffled. What a fantastic way to add decor to your wedding or home! We used this setup as a clever way to display escort cards.
Grace Graffiti made this insane test tube flower chandelier that we hung over our dinner table. Something like this would also look stellar over a dessert table or even hung as party of your ceremony set up.
Grooms, if you have a playful sense of style and embrace fun colors and patterns – DEFINITELY bring that into your wedding day wardrobe. I love these polkadot pants and beaded neck wear from Leslie Miller Design.
