This Floral Composition Inspired By The Colors Of The Low Country Is Fresh Take On A Neutral Palette, featured Chic Vintage Brides

With an aesthetic curated from the pages of history, this timeless wedding shoot will take you on a trip back in time. Get ready to be swept off you feet! This outdoor affair remains one of my all time favorites designed and planned by Tristan Needham Design with Design Studio South in the Low Country of South Carolina. I appreciate the creative liberty to create organically natural florals to bring their concept to life. Inspired by the natural, seasonal tones of the coast along the eastern sea board like pastel creams, blush, muted corals and warm whites, I think this palette is a fresh take on neutral. The refreshing beauty of that day shines through in the excerpt below just as it was written by Amy, Chic Vintage Brides . Visit the original feature all the pretty!

Truly,

Elegant Wedding Inspiration with Sweet Southern Charm

Today’s editorial is a wondrous blend of ethereal elegance and southern charm. In a palette of the prettiest pastel shades it is a vision of a truly swoonworthy celebration. And with all of the beautiful details: from the spanish moss adorned ceremony arch, to the floral laden tablescape and the stunning 4 tier wedding cake; and not to forget the gorgeous images from Renee of Eden Willow Photography, it is impossible to be anything other than completely smitten!

Elegant Wedding Inspiration with Sweet Southern Charm

Here’s the lovely lady herself to tell you all about it in her own words…..“I had the honor of attending Jeremy Chou’s workshop in South Carolina. Stepping onto the grounds at Oldfield Plantation in Okatie, South Carolina was akin to stepping into the pages of Gone With the Wind. Stunning, manicured grounds surrounded us and 600 year old Oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss were found in abundance.

This shoot was inspired by southern culture at it’s finest and I wanted to capture it in a way that would reflect the landscape of the south, the gentility, and the quite, elegant romance between Brittani and Ryan within such a breathtaking setting. The shoot was all planned meticulously by Tristan Zabenko and Design Studio South and it is so apparent that they are truly masters at their craft. The stunning bouquet, floral centerpieces, and to-die-for Spanish Moss arch were nearly all foraged arrangements done by the amazing women at Colonial House of Flowers.

The colors and tones were chosen to fit the overall pastel palette that so perfectly complimented the soft, natural theme. I wanted to capture this shoot as if it were a real wedding day, complete with a cake cutting and a grand exit. And what better way to exit than in a pristine vintage Rolls Royce? From start to finish, this experience was a dream come true.”
