3 Most Beautiful Flowering Vines to Add to Your Garden According To An Atlanta Florist

Adding flowering vines to your landscape and garden is the easiest way to insert personality into your home that's brimming with texture, color and natural good looks. More than providing a privacy screen flowering vines also insert a whimsical touch of happy and merry and cheer.

Flowering vines are available with a lot of options from annual and perennial varieties to easy and finicky care. Whatever you choose, you're sure to be pleased because once you put them on the trellis, they do the heavy lifting. They'll grow right up a fence in no time! It's suggested to not grow them on the side of your house to deter bugs but that's up to you. Now, the fun part. Look below for 3 of the most beautiful flowering vines to me!

1. WISTERIA VINE

Type: Perennial

There's not a more whimsical or romantic fine thank Wisteria. Recognized for it's hanging violet flowers Wisteria adds a romantic touch to balconies. Wisteria does not work well as a cut flower as the blooms and leaves don't hold but if you plant in a location with morning and afternoon sunlight it works well in your garden.

2. ROCK TRUMPET VINE

Type: Perennial

Mandevillas or rock trumpet vines are famous for their bright colors of red, orange, white and pink. They're vibrant and can be showy in mass. This vine thrives in sun but can use some filtered light. They work well in cut arrangements and bouquet work, too.

3. PASSIONFLOWER

Type: Perennial

The passionflower is one of my favorite blooming vines because of how unique it's bloom is. They come in different colors like pink red, white, orange, yellow and purple. This plant seems to be more tropical and does well in sunny locations that have mild winters.
