Canceling an Order

Please include order number, and the items you wish to cancel

A 20% restocking fee is applied to all cancellations and returns that are not the error of our store. We want everyone to be happy and we want to stay in business. The restocking fee is charged as a cost of business to help offset the cost of restocking items you purchased off the shelves of our tiny little shop. Our stock is industry specific and willingly purchased as fragile, preorder, drop ship, perishable, agriculture/animal related and seasonal. 

The following items are shipped directly from our vendor's warehouses and we are, therefore, unable to cancel orders containing these products:

  • Pet Beds
  • Rugs
  • Furniture
  • Framed Wall Art
  • Pillows
  • Wallpaper
  • Baskets
  • Vases
  • Pots
  • Lighting
  • Select Oversize Items
  • Products drop-shipped directly from the vendor

Please note that lighting, dog beds, wallpaper, furniture, live plants, framed wall art, and products drop-shipped directly from a vendor are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you would like to cancel an order that does not contain any of the above listed items and that hasn't shipped yet, please let us know. Include the order number, and the items you wish to cancel. While we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, we will do everything in our power to assist. A re-stocking fee is applied to any cancelled items.
